Culture Navigator Series

The Culture Navigator is a three-part, 4.5-hour training series created with students, faculty, and staff in mind. Learners will be guided through the exploration of culture and belonging within the educational setting. Through this series, learners are invited to experiential learning, small and large group discussions, and thought-provoking activities that lead to the development of strategies for co-creating a culture of belonging in the classroom or in team dynamics.

Earning Criteria

Learners will need to attend a three-part, 4.5-hour training series where they will: explore the relationship between identity and culture and learn about the three layers of culture; understand the significance of cultural relativism and honoring cultural differences; explore the meaning of belonging within an institution; & explore contributors to closing the belonging gap in educational settings.
