Participants attended a 16-hour multi-day workshop where they learned about Design For Delight methodology (Customer Empathy, Go Broad to Go Narrow, Rapid Experimentation). They also put these methodologies into practice over the course of the workshop. Participants learned the basics of and applied this methodology in real world situations to develop an innovative solution that solves their customer’s needs.
