Level B CST Certification is international recognition of a person's experience level in delivering training assignments in projects, programmes and portfolios management. Level B applies for Senior Trainer roles. The certificate holder has shown to possess the competencies as described by the IPMA International Competence Baseline® for Consultants, Coaches and Trainers.

Earning Criteria

Certified Senior Trainer Certification requires that within the last 5 years, the Candidate shall have: Minimum of 3 years of experience with a minimum of 1000 total working hours as a trainer or lead trainer in a team in project management training activities.
Candidates have to fill in a set of application documents in order to be qualified for Certified Senior Trainer certification: Application, CV for Initial Certification, Training Study, Full Self Assessment, Referees.
The certification process involves several steps for the assessment of a candidate and is described in detail in the International Certification Regulations for the Assessment of Individuals in Project Management Consulting, Coaching and Training.
