Conductor
Students who take on the role of Conductor of the InterHarmony Orchestra are awarded a special credential as this position requires a wide spectrum of outstanding qualities usually not found in a young musician. These conductors have a profound level of musical & emotional maturity & intuition coupled with technical skills. They are also outgoing, charismatic, inspirational & enthusiastic which helps them impart their knowledge & personal experience to the orchestra.

Student Conductors are chosen by the InterHarmony Selection Committee & the Conductor of the InterHarmony Festival Orchestra for the session when they attend.
Standards
Those selected to participate in InterHarmony International Music Festival in Europe have the life-changing opportunity to enjoy a spectrum of multidimensional challenges including intensive private lessons taught by renowned Artist Faculty, rehearsals, and chances to perform solo, in chamber groups, in orchestra concerts, and masterclasses.
