They will become an active mentor of the technical community in CRDC and an active member of this technical community by participating in networking activities and site visits when appropriate.

Earning Criteria

Submit the program's form, priorly discussed with manager and mentor, to the CRDC Technical Lead Committee chair email and present your material to the CRDC Technical Lead committee for approval.
The individual must pass the individual selection process of their Business Unit Technical Lead Program if available.
