Earning Criteria

Complete any of the following classes: Kaizen Facilitator class or Scrum Training Class or Lego-serious Play Class or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Class led by instructor.

Kaizen Facilitator: 1) follow Intel ATM Kaizen standard training, 2) lead 2 Kaizens to successful completion of the project, 3) pass final certification interview with certifier. LSSGB : 1) follow Intel LSSGB standards (pass all the knowledge tests and lead a project with lean approach, reach to 75k$ saving).
