Earners of the Level2 Lean Expert badge have a deep understanding of the RIL (RIL standards for Rapid Integrated Lean, it is Intel Lean tools including: direct observation, value stream mapping, waste identification, 7 waste, 5 why, root cause identification, variation reduction, etc.) framework and process. They are responsible for leading the team (RIL manager, content expert, decision maker, stakeholder) to solve a problem or improve a process in a short time (normally within 3 weeks).
