Earning Criteria

Earners complete six modules of foundational content to gain working knowledge of Experiential Learning Theory: using the ideal learning cycle process, learning styles and flexibility; becoming an educator/trainer; engaging with diverse learners; using technology tools, facilitating online while managing unique challenges; designing and delivering an online session, and evaluating and improving the session.
Earners complete an online practicum for which they receive feedback from peer observers and faculty evaluator.
