The INROADS Financial Services Institute is a 10-week immersive training program focused on building financial industry competencies as well as professional and leadership skills among Black college sophomores. The curriculum spans from the History of Wall Street to Corporate Accounting, Modeling and Valuation. This initiative is unique, precisely because it extends the level of preparation beyond what is usually provided in the traditional classroom setting or by financial services companies.
