The Influential U Faculty facilitates the courses in our four-year curriculum. Our curriculum is the gold standard of our world-class training and education. Faculty lead or co-lead our courses to students enrolled in the education. Beginning as apprentices, our Faculty are first certified as Secondary, then Primary level faculty. Certified Primaries are eligible for employment consideration.

Accountable for Curriculum Course Facilitation - working with other leaders, the office of admissions, and supporting and mentoring participants in all aspects of their participation, study, and practice - gathering data, preparing reports, and managing accurate statistics.
An in-depth understanding of the philosophy of Transactinoalism, the philosophy that grounds Transactional Competence.
