In the Request form, fill in the necessary information (Training Title, Date and time of completion). For example: a) Request Title: “AI4E Post hoc Documentation” b) Description of training: “Completion of AI4E training under AI Singapore” c) Add email attachments (with sender name and date) as proof of training completion. Click “Submit”.
