Train the Trainer is an ILM Recognised programme of learning, created and delivered by HNI for Corporate Trainers. The programme aims to develop knowledge and skills by training potential instructors or SMEs to enable them to train other people in the organization. Participants will gain knowledge and skills by developing course planning and preparations, delivery skills and methods and questioning techniques.

Understand learning theory and how to prepare and facilitate training program: Introducing different adult learning theories and the impact of applying these approaches in learner retention rate.

Conduct needs assessment, develop learning objectives, and evaluate training courses: Apply ADDIE approach to design and deliver effective training program and presentations.

Learn effective training techniques for managing participants: Define different types of participnats / learners through D. Kolb model and how to satisfy each type according to their learning perefences.

Define objectives that meet both learner and business needs: Use Bloom's Taxonomy to set objectives and apply the model in learning practices.

Measure the effectiveness of delivered training: Apply D. Kirckpatric model for training evaluation by explaining the 4 different levels.
