Ability to deal with simple and complex modern training techniques, which help to draw the attention of the trainees in a simple way to show credibility and gain confidence.

Ability to manage the use of a number of technical tools that enable the trainer to be knowledgeable and ready to deal with any virtual or non-virtual classroom environment.

Has easy-to-help methods and methodologies to deal with managing discussions in the virtual environment, and to give a picture to the trainees of the trainer's ability to answer any query to enhance confidence.

Ability to build correct relationships with trainees, ice-breaking at the beginning of training, and be able to conduct partial or total training closing, and create a decent mental impression.

Ability to employ techniques in virtual training in terms of asking questions and surveys effectively, to stimulate interaction, follow-up and understanding of the trainees. Ability to master the body language and sound tone of voice to communicate instantly with the trainees. Ability to bring about change to the trainees in terms of skills and attitudes, in addition to knowledge and distinction in linking lectures, measuring strengthening the trainer and trainees with the sense of confidence.
