2. Critically review a diverse range of methods of supervision and reflective practice

3. Review the necessary conditions and practices for effective and ethical coaching supervision

4. Critically evaluate the contribution of coaching supervision to different stakeholders in the process

5. Practice and be observed conducting coaching supervision within a learning environment to gain feedback

6. Agree a contract to supervise coaching practice in organisations

7. Deliver and review at least 100 hours of coaching supervision with individual coach clients and groups

8. Critically reflect on all coaching supervision activity

9. Review own abilities to perform effectively as an effective supervisor

10. Understand how to use supervision to develop coaches

11. Assess yourself against a recognised supervision standard or benchmark, and against an accepted supervision model or process
