  • This person has successfully achieved the Level 3 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring. They understand what coaches and mentors do, the processes they follow and the qualities and abilities individuals need to be effective in these roles. 
  • This person has completed the two mandatory units: Understanding Good Practice in Workplace Coaching & Understanding Good Practice in Workplace mentoring
  • This person has developed additional knowledge and skills from some of the following additional units: Undertaking an Extended Period of Coaching in the Workplace, Reflecting on Workplace Coaching Skills, Undertaking an Extended Period of Mentoring in the Workplace, Reflecting on Workplace Mentoring Skills
