-
An introductory lecture will be provided in Induction week.
-
In the first seven weeks of semester 1 students are taught in seminars and are helped to choose a projectoption, define a research topic of appropriate scope and complexity, locate suitable primary and secondary sources, and devise a schedule of work for the remainder of the year.

-
From week 8 of semester 1 onwards students are engaged in researching and writing their Independent Project under the guidance of a supervisor, with whom they meet regularly on a 1:1 basis, comprising a total of 3 hours of supervision.
