Earning Criteria

• This person has successfully achieved all the components of the qualification, and developed knowledge and skills in seven mandatory units
• Building a High Performance Team – This person can lead and influence people, drive continuous improvement, and develop a high performance team
• Strategic Leadership – This person can set strategic direction in response to changing markets and stakeholder requirements, and work with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Strategic Change Management – This person can shape an organisation’s mission, culture, and values, collaborate with others, and develop strategies to drive change to improve the organisation’s sustainability and establish a creative and innovative environment
• Organisational Values & the Strategic Context – This person can implement a high performance strategy, shape communications strategy, and develop a Corporate Social Responsibility programme
• Strategic Influencing & Negotiating – This person can communicate and translate organisational vision into operational strategies, and use influencing and negotiating strategies to enhance brand and reputation
• Strategic Data Analysis – This person can use research methodologies, financial strategies, and critical analysis to support decision making and deliver creative solutions
• Strategic Workforce & Logistics Planning – This person can drive a culture of resilience and support through their use of strategic workforce planning, and oversee procurement, supply chain and contract management.
