Coaching for Leaders - Early Years

The overall aim is to give leaders, owners and managers the confidence and tools to carry out meaningful coaching conversation with the staff that they manage. Participants will gain an understanding of what coaching is, identify coaching scenarios, equip themselves with coaching tools, practice coaching both on course and in the workplace and put a plan in place to carry out coaching in the future.
