This person has met the distinction grade for the Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager end-point assessment. They understand operational management approaches and models, project management tools/techniques and business finance. They know how to motivate and improve performance to build high performing teams. They understand networking and the impact that different leadership styles and emotional intelligence have on individuals and teams.
