Future Manager Development Program (FMDP) is a nomination-based uniquely developed program to assist individual contributors to step into people manager roles. The batch will mark the successful completion of the future manager's development program.

Earning Criteria

Workshops / Journal Entries: The learner is required to complete the following components to meet the program criteria. 6 Workshops: 2 hours each (Total: 12 hours), 6 Journal Entries: Reflective writing (Total: 3 hours), Minimum 3 E-Learnings: 3 hours each (Total: 9 hours) & a Final Team Presentation: Including preparation and delivery (Total: 10 hours). Overall Time Commitment is 34 hours.

eLearning - Learners must complete a minimum of 3 allocated E-Learning modules, with each module requiring approximately 3 hours to complete.

Final Presentation - Teams deliver a presentation showcasing the winning strategies captured in their journals. The presentations are conducted in front of the participants' line managers and the Global Talent Development Team. Feedback and evaluations are provided by the Global Talent Development Team to assess the strategies and overall team performance.
