Upon completing a 6-month internship as an instructional designer and online learning developer, individuals demonstrate a range of valuable skills that set them apart in the field. Earners are required to intern with a volunteer client, their place of employment, or at IDOL courses for the duration of their program in the IDOL Academy. Supervisors for this internship must verify and submit feedback and documentation to IDOL Academy to qualify for this badge.
