- Must be an employee of IBM.
- Obtain feedback from your Functional Manager.
- Provide evidence of completed SEED Multi-dimensional Assessment for the MVS Networking Explorer level.
- The badge earner must have experience in the respective job role for a minimum of 6 months.
- The badge earner must prove that they are constantly developing technical and professional skills as evidenced by a minimum of 40 hours of training and personal development completed in the last 12months. (Think40; Sys40) .
