Earning Criteria

Must be an employee of IBM.

Obtain recommendation from your Coach/Mentor/Technical Lead/Team Lead/Senior management.

Provide evidence of achieved minimum of 1 Expert level OEM Certification.

The badge earner must prove their experience in the respective job role by working on client-opened cases for minimum of 12 months.

Provide 5 to 7 write-ups of success stories from cases/ projects you have worked on in the past 2 years.

Provide evidence of your most impactful Eminence activities - External or Internal in the last 2 years, validated by your manager.

Provide proof of active give back to the IBM community through Mentorship & Coaching - you need to have a valid Blue Core Mentor or Blue Core Coach badge Recommended optional badge: IBM Recognized Teacher/Educator.

The badge earner must prove that they are constantly developing technical and professional skills as evidenced by a minimum of 120 hours of training and personal development completed in the last calendar year (Think40).
