Earning Criteria

Must be an employee of IBM

Provide at least 3 case studies as a demonstration of in-depth understanding of client environment by leading client support plans.

The technical support specialist (expert) must prove their expertise in the last 24 months (be on the respective expert job role- example: Technical Back-Office Engineer)

Tech Support specialist must prove that they are constantly developing technical and professional skills as evidenced by a minimum of 40 hours of training and personal development completed in the last 12 months (Think40 is considered proof).
