The badge allows individuals to develop specialist investigator skills along with a wealth of other skills which will not only enhance our IBM investigator capability but will contribute to maintaining professional standards of behavior across the Enterprise.

Earning Criteria

Must be an employee of IBM. Target audience: HR Professionals, Manager Champions, Business Resource Group representatives, IBM Blue Core Coaches, Business Unit Leaders. Must be bands 8+ with at least 2 years tenure in IBM.

Contribution: Must be an active member of our Employee Concerns Investigator pool* and have: 1) Completed a minimum of 2 HR investigations in a 12 month period; 2) Triaged a minimum of 2 HR concerns within a 12 month period. *Please see Participation Criteria to understand how to express an interest in joining the Employee Concerns Investigator Pool.
