Earning Criteria

• Must be an employee of IBM or Red Hat
• Ability to lead and create IBM’s thought leadership providing expert opinion and insights, understanding both where the industry is today and driving the vision for where the industry is going over the next 2 - 5 years, to drive transformation impact across IBM's clients, partners and industry ecosystems
• Contributor / advocate to at least 1 priority IBM Consulting offering / 1 IBM Technology use cases, co-creating with IBM’s clients and/or partner ecosystems to bring the best of IBM's offerings and use cases to define innovation for the industry or across industries and/or develop the next horizon / generation of industry innovative capabilities for IBM
• Ability to partner closely with C-suite level client decision-makers/partners on 5+ client/partner/strategic pursuits within the last 3 – 5 years, exemplifying a breadth of industry knowledge and how technology translates to business value to drive transformational deals that fundamentally change clients’ businesses and/or drive industry disruption
• External influencer to industry direction driving multi-geographical impact, with active contributions to external publications, speaking engagements at leading industry venues, roles on industry boards / forums, and active presence on social media with 2000+ followers. Leader in growing and cultivating the next generation of industry talent, through mentoring, coaching and sponsorship of at least 5+ future industry leaders assisting in their progression through the industry badge journey
• Apply for this badge - applications are open on an annual cycle. Applications are reviewed by Global Industry Leaders (Consulting + Technology) on initial phase. Candidates are interviewed by an Industry panel of two 2 Global Industry Leaders + 2 Industry Diamond members. Industry Diamond Program Managers will sign off the submissions
