An individual will learn the fundamentals and basics on the topic of Industry 4.0 by covering three main topics. First the they will learn how to identify an Industry 4.0 opportunity. Next, they'll understand how to match an opportunity or use case with a Industry 4.0 Solution Area. Lastly, they'll learn will learn how to start the conversation with their client. After each of these three main topics, individuals will demonstrate proficiency with a quiz and final exam.

Demonstrate they understand the Industry 4.0 strategy with context to IBM by completing the four learning activities in Week 1 and achieving 80% or above on quiz. Demonstrate they understand the solution areas to their conversations with clients by completing the four learning activities in Week 2 and achieving 80% or above on quiz. Demonstrate they understand the Industry 4.0 go-to-market strategy by completing three learning activities in Week 3 and achieving 80% or above on quiz.
