To earn the badge you must prepare and deliver a 10 min presentation to the board of program managers, who will validate your knowledge on Agile, Design Thinking and Ideas for becoming a better team player. The board will approve your badge or provide feedback for improvement. You must pass the stand & deliver (there's no maximum number of attempts).
