Earning Criteria

Must be an employee of IBM Consulting.

The candidate must be recognized as a Phase Gate Reviewer (PGR SME).

Must provide evidence of having independently conducted at least two Phase Gate Reviews (PGRs) in the last 24 months (contract number/name, and PGR completion date).

Must provide evidence of having conducted Readouts for those PGRs (provide copy of the readouts together with the name of a senior stakeholder who attended the readout and will endorse the application).

Must contribute at least 1 Phase Gate Review (PGR) Lessons Learned (LL) in a recognized repository (provide link/URL to the published LL that is available to all IBM Consulting; published LL must be in a recognized repository, such as Lighthouse, Box, etc).

Must have coached/mentored at least 1 Phase Gate Reviewer (PGR SME) candidate on the PGR best practices (provide name of person coached/mentored).
