Project Experience: complete 5 Projects/Initiatives in the last 8 years (Including at least 2 automation projects/initiatives). Note: Project profiles included in a mastery badge application must be from within the last 8 years at time of submission, be varied and demonstrate breadth of complex project management/architecture/consulting experience. At least two projects must be performed while employed by IBM.
