Earning Criteria

Must be an employee of IBM, or IBM Contractor.
Earned the IBM Agile Product Owner - Intermediate badge.
Complete the self-paced portion of the Agile Product Owner Advanced learning plan (8 self-paced courses).
Complete a recognized Advanced Agile Product Owner course resulting in external certification, which includes content about Product Owners and their critical role in an Agile team, what is expected of them, and how they enable teams to deliver. We recommend the Agile at IBM Advanced Product Owner course, however we also recognize other external Product Owner courses. Hence the requirement is successful completion of a PO course aligned to scrum.org (PSPO) or scrum alliance (CSPO).
Explore the IBM Agile Academy and familiarize yourself with: a) Burn-up Charts; b) Cross-Functional Teams; c) Definition of Done; e) Dysfunctional Behavior; f) Empathy Mapping; g) Experience Backlog; h) Feature Decoupling; i) Release Wall.
Hold TWO external (and updated) Agile certifications. One MUST BE an Advanced PO certification (PSPO or CSPO certification).
Demonstrate 1,000 engagement hours as an Agile PO.
Build your eminence by sharing TWO examples of a practice that you created or that you used. For reference, check out the Practices page on the Agile at IBM site.
Exchange experiences by posting at least FIVE "Here's what I did. What would you have done differently?" at the PO Slack channel and collaborate in the discussion.
Mentor another Agile PO for at least 20 hours.
