Earning Criteria

Must be an employee of IBM.

Employees should have at least 2 years experience in the field relevant for their ESA module (i.e 2+ years Architecture experience before working on the ESA Architecture module).

Collaboration with the relevant ESA Module lead to develop training materials. This includes: Create training materials and demos to be presented during the course, ensuring the materials are tailored for Early Professionals (bands 5-7); Help with the creation of the ESA module assessment; If required, create a hand-book/reference sheet of the key information for attendees to take away after the course; Present the career path and offer guidance to Early Professionals.
