Earning Criteria

• Earner is an employee of IBM
• Demonstrated deep knowledge of Cloud Advisory offerings and capabilities through repeated client engagements. Gained expertise across areas such as end to end Cloud Transformation, Cloud Strategy for mergers & acquisitions, Cloud operating model, strategy for application migration and modernization, DevOps transformation and strategy for data in Cloud.
• Demonstrated the application of knowledge by performing activities that include: Initiate and Lead Cloud Advisory client engagements; Lead the development of an Enterprise Cloud Transformation Strategy; Present the Enterprise Cloud Strategy at the CxO level stake holders
• Demonstrated successful application of the above knowledge and activities in at least two Cloud Advisory engagements at IBM Expert level
• Performed at the IBM Expert level, supported by two stakeholder feedback statements. The IBM Expert level is defined as: Recognized as an authority in the subject area, independently handling unique situations in complex environments and assisting others. Mentors and helps develop less experienced peers in the subject area
• Demonstrated core skills: persuasive communicator build story telling ability; Instill accountability in self and others; recognized team leader; begin to develop eminence; contribute to practice growth; dedicated practice mentor; actively give and receive feedback
• Understand the importance of the IBM Way and how it relates to Cloud Advisory activities
• Earned the IBM Cloud Transformation - Consulting badge
• Coached at least two people through the process of adopting IBM Cloud Advisory Services and IBM Cloud Garage Methods
• Is a member of the Cloud Advisory community and communication channels
• Contributed to the evolution of Cloud Advisory Services by creating at least two assets e.g. Solutioning guidance, case studies, blogs, best practice, white papers, POV
