Earning Criteria

Must be an employee of IBM

Mentor at least 3 IBMers who are not in your direct reporting line or non-IBMers participating in an IBM sponsored external program

Engage in a minimum of 3 face-to-face or video conference sessions with each mentee.

Support the mentees in developing their areas of interest, such as career progression, certification, networking, socialization, etc.

Ensure that all mentoring activities occurred within the past 2 calendar years from the date of badge application.

The mentoring relationship must be effective according to the mentee's objective. The mentor should encourage the mentee to drive the relationship. There must be enough knowledge transfer that supports the mentee objectives.
