Using the company report from Client Business Value (CBV), the recent benchmarking study and what you have learned in the course, identify 3 challenges or opportunities that the company is facing that you can illustrate with benchmarking data. Submit your analysis to a SME with your findings and how you could use them as talking points with a client that could potentially lead to new sales opportunities for IBM.
