Fostering a Sense of Belonging: A workshop on how we can take steps at the individual and organizational level to crate a culture where everyone is included, acknowledged, and valued. The earner will learn the elements of a culture of belonging, unpack the environment we strive for at WES based on the elements, & listen to our colleagues’ needs and voice our own in order to feel a sense of belonging.
