Earning Criteria

  • Recipients have completed the The Spot Coaching workshop as a prerequisite (8 hours). Then, Trainers facilitated The Spot Coaching workshop as "teach back" with fellow TTT participants and Hudson faculty. As a result, these Trainers are able to facilitate Spot Coaching internally at IEHP.
