This badge is issued to our UK Degree Apprentices in recognition of them graduating from the HSBC Degree Apprenticeship Programme. It also recognises the skills and strengths our Degree Apprentices have developed over the past 4+ years, as well as the experiences they’ve gained during their time on programme.
