The competition aims to bring out students’ creativity and enhance their confidence in English writing skills and English proficiency. Students would select one of the titles/story prompts from a list composed by the Language Centre, and are required to demonstrate creativity and originality, expression of emotions, and development of characters and plot, as well as accuracy and variety of language, proper and effective use of vocabulary and dialogue in their story.
