Proven and demonstrated ability to understand the mechanisms of Implicit Bias. Acquired knowledge on the ways in which human brains are designed to be most efficient, how that leads to stereotypes and bias, and the overall impact on health equity. Established concrete, practical, evidence-based approaches to decreasing your bias.

Participants will complete pre/mid/post programmatic assessments as well as instructor-led course evaluations.

Participants are immersed in a health equity training that combines instructor-led sessions, including self-led activities such as online learning assignments, self-reflection, and discussions with others in their cohorts to discuss and reflect on what they are learning.
