Earning Criteria

Knowledgeable about the multifaceted forms of structural racism and the significance of inclusion and belonging. Able to take knowledge related to history of racism, the formation of bias, navigating conversations on race to start implementing systemic change. Able to make connections between strength/resilience and the breaking point of a human body and apply it to their daily lives and work.

Participants will complete pre/mid/post programmatic assessments as well as instructor-led course evaluations.

Participants are immersed in a health equity training that combines instructor-led sessions, including self-led activities such as online learning assignments, self-reflection, and discussions with others in their cohorts to discuss and reflect on what they are learning.
