Earning Criteria

Hold a current membership in the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association

Serve as a leader within the education and events area of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association for at least one year.

Plan and implement annual programs strategy for the HBA chapter and/or region, including educational content selection, networking events, and membership outreach events.

Manage program logistics, secure location and event sponsorship, coordinate event marketing and communication.

Manage a committee of volunteers dedicated to program and event operations. Ensure committee members have the tools, resources and training needed to successfully execute program and event planning.
