Earning Criteria

Hold a current membership in the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association

Serve as a volunteer leader within a region or chapter of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association for at least one year

Conceive an innovative, imaginative or creative idea to drive the organization forward; come up with creative, new ways of doing things

Add value by way of a new or improved process method, system, program or service (or reduction in costs) for their team or the organization overall

Develop the idea from general concepts into action plans; swiftly move from ideas to implementation. Determine if ideas will work in operation and consider constraints that limit innovation while finding ways to make the most out of existing resources
