Nokia Transformational Leadership – Igniting Talent
This badge represents the completion of a rigorous leadership development experience. Spanning 6-weeks this program develops critical thinking skills with both an organization-wide and outside-in perspective of the business and impact of personal leadership in the micro and macro environment. Participants prepare for regular live discussion with faculty and business experts, analyze cases and actively engage in large and small group discussions during study groups and webinars.
