This badge represents the completion of the Leading with Purpose program delivered by Harvard Business Publishing for Ahold Delhaize. During the rigorous nine week learning experience, participants explored ways to instill a growth mindset, foster psychological safety and lead with purpose. Participants also practiced new skills, actively engaged in large and small group activities, and applied new concepts to situations in their workplace.
