This badge represents completion of a 12-week leadership development experience for BT mid to senior level leaders, to help them grow their careers in the business. The programme was designed to grow the critical skills needed to move the business forward, with a cross-silo and outside-in perspective. Participants analysed Harvard content, reflected on their own practice, and attended regular live discussions with peers, and BT business experts, led by a Harvard Business Publishing facilitator.

Earning Criteria

  • Engage in approximately 36 hours of virtual learning across 12 weeks; completing all assigned readings and applied learning exercises
  • Actively participate in live sessions, demonstrated by being prepared to respond to moderator questions via live text chat and voice
  • Use the learning portal Discussion Board to extend and continue conversations after and between live sessions (2 posts per week)
  • Complete the final programme evaluation
