This badge represents the successful completion of LEAD@Cognizant, a flagship leadership development program offered by Cognizant and HBP. This program develops critical leadership capabilities required to lead with credibility, partner powerfully, and inspire talent. Participants attend live discussions with Harvard faculty and Cognizant leaders and engage in pods with BU mentors to solve and present a leadership capstone challenge, which is evaluated by a Cognizant leader panel.
