This badge represents the completion of a customized learning experience designed to support the new employee onboarding experience and develop essential skills of the Tech Talent Program participants aligned to the four pillars of the AT&T Culture Model. Leadership capabilities are contextualized through content selection and facilitation. Additionally, participants access curated content, engage with HBP moderators and AT&T executives in live discussions, and apply learnings to their work.
