Earners understand learning can underpin performance and improvement and know how to enact the processes of learning in a range of practices and contexts that constitute work. Earners can interpret, analyse and evaluate various performance enhancement practices and develop and justify their learning strategies. Earners can take on leadership roles and support individuals, work groups, teams and organisations, build and use agile, evidence-based learning practices that improve work performance.
