Foundations of Positive Behaviour Support

Earners have theoretical and practical foundational knowledge on positive behaviour support (PBS), a person-centred framework focused on providing support during times of challenging behaviour. Earners gain an understanding of PBS and the role of behaviours, functional behaviour assessment, and the development and implementation of PBS plans so that restrictive practices can be eliminated. This micro-credential is suitable for workers, carers and staff responding to behaviours of concern.
